Thomas joined KMLZ in 2008 and in 2016 he became a partner. He advises our clients and reviews issues on national and cross-border cases. In addition to VAT related matters, Thomas’ primarily focus is procedural issues. He represents our clients in VAT disputes when dealing with the tax courts, the German Federal Finance Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
After completing his degree, Thomas worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Würzburg while concurrently completing post graduate studies in the field of European law.
