Even before you officially start, you can build your foundation through our VAT Basics and Advanced courses. Once on board, you’ll join either the KMLZ School, High School, or University depending on your role – each offering intensive training focused on your level.

As an Associate, you’ll have opportunities for promotion at several stages – adapted to your personal pace.

Our onboarding process begins long before your first day at work. We provide you with extensive information in advance, carefully plan your first day, and give you confidence in your decision to join our team.

On your first day, we give you a warm welcome, show you around the firm, and introduce you to your new colleagues. From day one, you will be an active part of the team, involved with clients, and taking on individual responsibility. This will allow you to quickly get to know our diverse client base and the exciting work we do – and will give you plenty of stories to tell when you head home in the evening.

A key part of our onboarding program is to quickly integrate you into our KMLZ Academy and provide you with extensive training, right from the start. Regular support from experienced colleagues, as well as scheduled review meetings enable you to continuously learn and receive feedback. And last but not least, our team events will help you settle in quickly and comfortably.
